After performing in the classroom for her entire professional career, Sylvia recently embraced her other calling by returning to the stage.
You may have seen her locally as the tap-dancing Lorraine Fleming in 42nd Street (Hudson Music Club), the lovably crazy Duchess in Alice in Wonderland (Hudson Players Club), the widow Tova Schwartz in The Widow Schwartz (HPC), Southern belle Monette Gentry in Always a Bridesmaid (Stone Soup Productions) and recently as Berthe in Boeing Boeing (Lakeshore Players).
